IDSfit
Ver. 2.0, July 2005

Inverse estimation of soil hydraulic parameters using outflow data obtained from tension disc infiltrometers, water retention data, soil core water contents, and TDR water contents. Also permits the separate fit of water retention data using the van Genuchten relationship. Includes a Microsoft Windows based graphical user interface with data entry forms, an extensive Microsoft Windows Help file, example input files, and the 2-D water flow and fitting routines written in FORTRAN. System Requirements: Windows 9x, Me, 2000, or XP; 32 Mb RAM, 20 Mb free hard disk space. Recommended: Pentium processor running at clock speeds greater than 1.5 GHz.
